horny pony Sorry my first post is fairly trivial, but this has always got me. Does anyone know, in the great master-plan of Prince, why he chose the seemingly arbitrary number of 8 years for his new dance horny pony. Also, what did this new dance look like?!
If anyone wants to film themselves doing this dance and privately send it to me I promise it is only for academic purposes!

The 8 years thing is probably something he just picked outta nowhere. As far as what the dance looks like...have you ever seen him doing Tick Tick Bang in the Graffiti Bridge movie? That thing where he's shakin like a salt shaker is the dance. |

the 1999 option definitely struck me as decent rational explanation, but I prefer to think of Prince being like: "well.. 8 years, no more no less ya hear!"
But if you turn the 8 sideways.. infinity? hmmmmm (sorry again, now i'll take my wank-hat off).
Looked up that tick tick bang dance. that's definitely how I imagine a horny pony to shake. I just love Prince's moves - throw in the splits here, a lil spin there, but he pulls it off with his pizazz.
Plus, I don't think I ever saw anyone do the splits like 5 times in a row until Signs O' the Times, astounding! | |
