Do you think it will ever be shown on the big screen again, i bought tickets to see it a couple of years back at the BFI , but it was cancelled for some reason, i would love to see it on the big screen!

I'm sure it has played in the local "art" cinema in Edinburgh a couple of times since it was released.

Though i could be wrong, maybe it was Cherry Moon.

I heard that a 3D version is in the works.

If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

lol Even that could not make it interesting to me. I have never understood the appeal of Sign O The Times, i think it's a badly mimed, concert that never was.

Still, i liked it when it was released, when i knew no better. It's the only real thorn in the side of that era.

Man, I love the SOTT film. Sure, it was lip-synced, but the performances were spectacular and the renditions are classic.

In my humble opinion, of course. razz

I can see your point.

I just think it would have been as easy, if not less work to just stage a proper SOTT gig at Paisley, film that in the best available quality, and release it as a genuine concert movie.

However, it is what it is. And i still like to listen to the audio boot from time to time.

Apology to the OP for the subject change.

He's kidding.

We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves.
