I didn't see this thread and posted on the same topic. Yes TVOne is showing this movie for Black History Month, like they do every year, as well as representing the 80s. Enjoy!

Ha Ha...... I love how they dwindle this movie down to an hour and a half, while other TVONE movies (The Jacksons an American dream,) will begin when I leave for work, and still be on after I finish an 8 hour shift!!! WTF??????????

too many commercials, and they really cut down that movie. im not sure but when they play it on vh1 do they cut that much out or is it the same?

VH1 plays the whole movie except the scene in the basement with Prince & Apples

mhm, thats what i figured. it was weird bc it completely skipped a giant chunk when prince walks off the stage after darling nikki.
