Tamborine I know there have been threads on this song, but I just get the vibe that he was trying to prove a point to Sheila E. with his drum playing on this track. Kind of like a "Come get some" kinda thing. Anybody else feel this way? | |

Tamborine is the most genius track on ATWIAD, imo. Raspberry Beret is a close second. Tamborine has always been ignored by Prince and it sucks. He really pounds on those drums! The groove is sick. | |

its definately one of the most underrated Prince songs ever. I think that along with Lady Cab Driver, its the best example of Prince's funky drumming. I only wish he played this live. | |
