Do stores still sell 3121 cologne?

This is my first thread so I apologize if there is already one about this. I recently became a Prince fan last May and discovered all kinds of Prince songs and albums that I love. Anyway I found out that Prince had his own cologne and i read they sold it at Macy's in 07. Does anyone know if they still sell it at any stores? i've seen it online but i'd rather just go to the store and buy it. Thanks biggrin

i've heard ppl mentioning they've found it at big lots for $8.....if they're out i got my off ebay.

There used to be this huge deluxe package available on the companys website. I always wanted it but never got it. I just have the cologne, which I bought at the Earth Tour in 2007.

You can get it as NOS online from Amazon Marketplace, eBay etc. Everyone leaving the 7/7/07 Minneapolis Target Center concert was given a small bottle of it, so I imagine if you post a thread in the Marketplace, you'll find someone willing to part with their sample.

Prince and Revelations had a bad business relationship and the product is no longer manufactured.

Revelations Perfume and Cosmetics, Inc. announced yesterday that they have begun developing 3121, a premium fragrance collection in collaboration with megastar musician Prince.

Early reports indicate that 3121 is a white floral scent featuring notes of bergamot, jasmine and gardenia. Other notes include orange flower and muguet combined with tuberose and ylang ylang layered over patchouli and sandalwood.

The 3121 fragrance will be the first of many products under the umbrella of the 3121 brand. It will be available in 100 ml EDP ($70), 50 ml EDP ($52), and 30 ml EDP ($31.21) spray bottles. There is also an Xquisite Perfume purse spray ($52) and Xotic Body Crème ($43). The 3121 bottles will resemble emerald cut diamonds complete with a full front panel raised 22k gold embellishment.

"Purple will Reign" on 07/07/07 with a 24-hour online charity event and a surprise performance by Prince. The charity event will kick off at 12 am on 07/07/07 when the perfume will be available for purchase at www.3121perfume.com. The 30 ml bottle of 3121 will retail for $31.21 with 7% of each sale being divided between 7 charities chosen by Prince and Revelations.

Revelations Perfume and Cosmetics Inc. has sued Prince and Universal Music Publishing Group for $100,000 over claims that they did not promote his perfume, 3121.

The lawsuit was filed Monday, where Revelations say that they shucked out over $2.5 million for the perfume and asked Prince to market the perfumes. And they’re claiming that he didn’t do his end of that part of the deal.

The suit states, “Since July 2007, despite repeated attemps by Revelations there have been virtually no communications from anyone who could commit to or coordinate any promotional efforts by Prince.”

Universal responded by saying that the suit had no merit.

A Huntingdon Valley company's lawsuit against superstar recording artist Prince can proceed, a New York Supreme Court judge has ruled.

Revelations Perfume & Cosmetics sued Prince last year, claiming the singer failed to promote a perfume Revelations had developed in conjunction with his 2006 album. The company said it spend $2.5 million developing and marketing 3121, but it tanked when Prince refused to make appearances or do anything else on its behalf.

Last week, a judge dropped two of the five counts against Prince and his Paisely Park Entertainment, but said fraud accusations could proceed.

Revelations said Prince promised to promote the perfume when he signed a letter agreeing to the contract struck between the company and his recording studio, Universal. Universal is also named in the suit; it has denied the claims. Prince has yet to file an answer.

I just ordered a 3.4oz bottle off Amazon... I'll admit, I first bought it cuz I was interested in what kind of scent he would put out, but now I love it.... I get tons of compliments everytime I wear it...

eek Must make a future purchase from Amazon lol and when I wore mine's I also got compliments on how good it smelled wink Someone told me I was a damn fool for opening the bottle boxed lol
