First off this is one of my favorite pieces of music from Prince ever. I'm a guitarist so to be able to see him and Wendy play together with their chemistry is amazing. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find the tabs to this version and not the studio joint. I can pretty much grab it by ear but I still have some trouble with the "Did We Remember" chords. Props in advance.

Sounds like:

Verse: E, Emaj7, Asus2/E (with that riff's Esus figure played at the 9th fret as an E/Ab)

Chorus: F#min, B

At least, that's how I play it.

Verse: E Emaj9 A

The little fill starts at the ninth fret, hammer on the 11th fret, then pull of back to the ninth on the 2nd and 3rd strings. (can you follow? I hope so)

The Emaj9 has the shape of an E chord, but played up in 8th fret with all the other strings open. Its weird, but it works.

Chorus: B ( barred on 7th fret )

By the looks of it, there seems to be an F# somewhere in there (you can see Wendy playing it, unless her guitar is tuned in a different key) but I can't seem to find a place for it
