I'm wondering if anyone has bought this DVD yet; did it come with special features and is it in widescreen version?? Details please...this is great that it's out on DVD...

The release date is actually supposed to be February 11. I saw that date on another thread where they had more links.

I bought this dvd 1 month ago from dvdbrazil.com it is the real deal, even though the tracklist on the cover is wrong.
it is exactly the version on the video and has also a few bonus material on it, pictures etc.

yeah but dvd hasnt reached the everyday use level until about 2 years ago for most of the general public..it isn't like SOTT could have been released in 91-92-93 etc. on dvd. That format wasn't available until a few years ago.

sorry to tell you guys, but this is the brazilian dvd. A couple of the websites selling this list "Phantom sound & vision" as the distributor. Phantom is an importer. The began taking preorders for the Brazilian dvd 3-4 weeks ago.

I do biz with Phantom every week. Trust me on this. Get it if you want it, but expect P to act quickly to stop it from being sold domestically. it is inferior, and is only 1/2 a step from being a boot.

Thank god I read this, just cancelled my order. What a damn shame though.

I'll probably decide whether or not to buy it when I actually see the DVDs for sale on the shelves...
