Also, in defense of the seller, nowhere does it say this is a platinum record award. It actually appears to be the CD itself, surrounded by some metal (foil perhaps?). I think it's more of a "this might look neat" thing than an actual collector's item.

Still shady, though.

That's one of the great things about reading these threads, seeing others talkin' about songs & albums that I haven't listened to in a while. It gives me the incentive to pull them out and listen to them again.

Glad u rediscovered it, it is a very underrated album. This is Prince grunge/rock at its best. Also Production is very good. Some really crowd diving tracks. Wish Prince improvised more! Its probably his heavist album.
