Or was that just a standard response.
If you know that vid, perhaps you could offer some more search terms or even a link (it's a press conference, right? So not copyright?
I went looking but had no luck, sorry.

I've seen a couple of brief snippets on Youtube. One where he announces that he's calling himself Prince again and another where he gets asked about Michael Jackson (fist fight question). But I haven't seen the whole press conference. | |

housequake used 2 have this conference up in 2 parts but i have yet 2 find it again online. i would like 2 since i was there at the press conference and did get 2 ask prince a question man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |

That press conference was interesting bcuz Prince touched on so much with the ownership issue along with his time with Waner Bros and this is where he states that he has posession of the master recordings, not Warner Bros. They only own the rights 2 them. It's a great press conference. [Edited 5/24/11 10:02am] | |

Sorry I didn't respond sooner. I just typed in Yahoo Videos "Prince Press Conference 2000". Came the first time I tried and it's like the first video. I tried to watch the whole thing but Prince's explinations and answers are confusing. I ended up skipping through alot of it.thank u very much ..tho heavily edited (the question i had asked being one of them) brought back fond memories man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81 | |
