Thoughts on the '86 FIRST AVE show?

i Shoulda NEVER seen the birthday show first lol couldn't even appreciate the first ave dvd, even though i had to remind myself this was essentially a live rehearsal.

Its a pretty cool thing to witness though.

I would hope to think that besides that E trip he had that prince wasn't into drugs, but dude did look like he was BUZZING seriously through the latter half of the show.

Another weird thing i NOTICED was not only here, but the handful of '86 shows I've heard and watched. KISS doesn't get the monstrous reaction you'd think you'd hear for a song that was supposedly one of the biggest hits of the year.

Im pretty sure that song was still new during the First Ave show but you woulda thought a couple girls woulda screamed and fainted when that song started neutral

I like that band sad

LONG ASS SHOW THOUGH.

One of my favorites to watch. So raw, but so much talent displayed. I like to hear the music when it's still a little less polished. Electric Intercourse was my favorite.

Was that played at this show too?

I know it was played the benefit concert in 1983 at 1st Ave
