I've just listened through the rainbow children, but haven't found the song I'm looking for. I was wondering if anyone could help...

The video for the song features Prince dressed as a pauper, a crazy man, and he's walking through the streets of (I think) London. At the end of the music video he gets in a limousine.

I'm thinking I saw the video around 2002 - what song am I thinking of?
