No it was never released on CD in any shape or form. There were no promos either.

Boots of the above mentioned releases have been sold on eBay and iOffer for years. I doubt that they are factory pressed boots, but more likely are home-made CD-Rs of the internet downloads.
Also, only songs from the Hit & Run CD Singles and the Bamboozled Soundtrack were ever made available in uncompressed CD quality. The rest are lossy mp3/wma sourced. There's really no need to even seek out these counterfeits on CD.
Hell, there's never even been hi-res artwork made available from the Prince camp for these NPGMC virtual albums. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |

It was going to be released on cd as part of a NPGMC 7cd box set, but as we know that project went tits up.
