Feb. 9th - Happy 10th birthday Carmen Electra!!! The album, I mean, not the person.
It's the 10th anniversary of an album that a lot of people here hate. I'd love to hear an instrumental version of the album - I like the music - just not keen on her 'rapping'. Still, it's funky and fun in parts. I'd love to hear Prince's version of Good Judy Girlfriend from the 1988 Rave album - I can't imagine him singing it. My favorite moment of the album - the segue scanning through the radio full of 1992-1993 Paisley Park tracks: Hit U In The Socket, Sexy MF, With This Tear, Goldnigga. [Cue someone responding 'My favorite moment of the album: when it ended]. | |

I agree -- an instrumental version would be killa! At least give Prince some credit for "discovering" someone who actually did become somewhat of a star...not a common thing among those who recorded albums on the Paisley Park label other than Sheila E. and Carmen. (At least I don't know of many people asking their buds, "Hey, what's Three O'Clock doing these days? And T.C. Ellis, whatever happen to HIM??")
