What do you think is Prince's favorite guitar? We all have guitars that we like him to play but what do you think is his favorite. Do you think he has a favorite at all? I think he really likes his Hohner. For one he plays it the most in live shows and it looks good with any outfit he's wearing. I know he never announced it in any interview (that I've read) but what's your thought? | |

I think a couple exist, but as far as I know, he still plays originals. Hohner has replicated that guitar over the years, but never in the exact same model.
There are others that would know for sure though. I seem to remember seeing a couple at Paisley Park in a storage/repair room. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

That would explain why the Hohner I saw him play from 10 feet away at the Houston Tamar show was flawless, while others have told me it has more than a few nicks and dings. | |
