I brought it up because I was job searching and ran across this ad for a "Metrosexual female" and I wasn't hip enough.... So I looked it up and immediately thought of our Prince.

lol that's why I don't believe in that term cause prior to that term you look at different time periods and ethnic groups and you would have to lump most men into those catagories.

To answer the question though I believe this is the meaning of being a metrosexual.....Yes Prince likes to be groomed and fashionable and may be mistaken for gay like most metrosexuals but he takes it a little farther than the metrosexuals I know....Being a heterosexual male that is a big fan of womens clothes and full on makeup....There's a name for him...I'm just not sure what it is....
