I do not know if I am putting this in the right place but tonight I was watching television and a commercial came on. I almost missed it but I heard little red corvette and of course I turned back to the set. Prince was at the piano and the setting was at a concert complete with screaming fans and he was playing little red corvette live. It is a commercial for the 03 chevy corvette. I did not know he was doing commercials.

I've been trying to catch that commercial for a while so I could tape it, but it hasn't been on in my area in a LONG while. I thought maybe Prince found a way to get it off the air since I'm sure WB is responsible for it being there in the first place! I'll keep an eye/ear out again.

He IS NOT doing commercials. Warner Brothers sold that clip from and old concert. We had a poll about this on the org some time ago. It was also noticed that they used the O+(> in the credits, however he was Prince then and now, so someone in marketing was not on the job. There are a couple of Chevy commericals out there with other stars.
