There's a few songs that share the production of My Name is Prince... most obviously the Cream remixes on the extended maxi-single.

Tamborine would be amazing to see him record. Darling Nikki as well.

I always thought 200 Balloons would be amazing to see because he sounds manic on that track. Although there seems to be a lot of electronic drums and stuff on that track. It may be more interesting to see him do a track with real drums and a bunch of real instruments.

Maybe Just As Long As We're Together would have been cool to watch. Especially at his age.

Then again, it might be cooler to watch an older, more experienced Prince record something like Courtin' Time.

Apparently Prince sent his engineer home after he had set up the studio & Prince & Kim Basinger entered the room with some items including a JAR of HONEY!!!!!!!!

The result was The Scandalous Sex Suite!!!

Shockedelica....sounds pretty amazing....Prince was off the hook when he recorded this. A song probably just as equal is Lets Go Crazy, just not as popular.

I would also say Power Fantastic or Anna Fantastic when it was originally recorded.

To capitalize on the rumours Warner Bros sent out promo jars of honey to promote the release of Scandalous

I don't really have an answer for the question directly. But that's because from everything I've read and heard about Prince's recording sessions (especially when he's working on his own), they sound kind of boring. Maybe if there was some live band passes. Otherwise, I'd rather not know about how the "magic" works.

I just thought of Scandalous while I was in a different thread, too. Good to see others are as broken as me.
