Recent electro funk live version of She's Always in my Hair

Orgers do you like version of She's Always in my Hair

Prince performed on the last show in Europe this year.

I like it very much,it sounds like Cameo.

Prince played guitar only at the end of the song,

all the lines were played by synths

and i find the arangment very fresh.

Ah, the Viage show. Yes. Great rendition. Love the lead riff on the synths rather than guitar.

Exactly! John B is Cameo's ex drummer so I'm pretty sure he borrowed drum riffs from Cameo's songs. In particular one of there songs that was used in the beginning of the live kicking live version of "Sticky Like Glue"..............

eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince

The drumbeat from Cameo's song "She's Strange" was played by John Blackwell at the beginning of the live version of "Sticky Like Glue".

... it's not the first time an artist has 'borrowed' from another. [img:$uid]http://l.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/3.gif[/img:$uid]
