I'm not looking to re-open the discussion on whether or not Prince is gay. It's pointless and I don't care. I'm just wondering why some people - both here and other places - defend Prince against those who think he's gay by listing the women he's dated and pointing out how beautiful they are?

How is this an argument against Prince being gay? Would he be more likely to be gay if he simply dated average looking women? I really don't get it...
