Prince and GaGa collabo?

I recently decided I actually like Pink, but don't like a lot of her music. Regardless, she's way too rough around the edges for Prince.

I'm not sure if there was another part to your post... there might have been... but I didn't really understand it...

"Summerboy" and "Beautiful, Dirty & Rich" already feel like Prince-GaGa collaborations...

I don't like Pink's music that much so I would say Lady Gaga.

A lot of folk can say what they want but Prince and Gaga could make some fierce music together.

Whether you care to admit it or not there's a lot of artistic and over the top persona similarities between her and old-school bad-ass Priontz.

at this point, what's the use of another prince duet with a major female artist?

he makes them all sound like vanity anyway and pushes their vocals so deep

into the mix that it hardly qualifies as anything but glorified backing vocals.

I would like to see a composition happen between Prince and Lady Gaga. She sing the song and he embellish it with backing vocals and his usual chirps, squeals, and groans

There's a lot of people Prince can sing with. I'd like to see Grohl show up and sing "Darling Nikki" and Prince do "Best of You", and then do somebody else's song, like "Machine Gun", and have Tom Morello fill out the 'effects'.

Wouldn't mind seeing him work with Ani again.

Pink's got a great voice for rock, even though she made her mark in R&B when she started out with "There You Go". It was when she did "Me and Bobby McGee" that people started noticing her as being more than just part of the Britney Aguilera crowd.

Also, if Joni ever unretires herself, should get together with Prince for a week and see what comes out of it, even if it's one song.

I saw her in an interview years ago saying something about how she didn't get Prince, that everyone around was "Prince this and that", but when she listened she didn't get what was so good.

Why bother? Prince is totally irrelevant and it would be a blessing for someone of their popularity to give him a hit.

I both like and dislike GaGa and Pink, there music is rubbish to me but i can't deny they are very talented, esp Gaga, not many aritst these days sound good live let alone sing live and she has mad keyboard skills...

I'm not particularly a fan, but if any pop star was going to do a duet with Prince, I'd pick Ke$ha. She is a huge Prince fan. She freaking broke into his house to give him a demo. Under the faux weirdness, she has a decent voice.

Gaga and Pink have more talent in their pinky fingers than most of the women Prince HAS collaborated with, so what exactly is your point?

ummm... she had a top 5 hit just last month.

Definitely P!nk. Lady Gaga is too much of an 'image with a soundtrack' for Prince to waste his time on. The best thing about Gaga is she's a good live performer; but soo is P!nk. P!nk is more geniune to me than Lady Gaga because as much as people continue to praise Gaga, they also need to realize that the woman went to performing arts school for years so most (if not all) of her talent was probably taught to her so she should be good. Prince and P!nk are self-taught. P!nk is more a natural to me than Gaga. Plus, I know she can still do R&B beautifully:

This song would be hot with Prince doing guitar and dueting with her.

I goggled 'does Pink hate Prince' and the only thing that popped up was how she said, years ago, that she didn't like Prince William because he fox hunted. Nothing about Prince the artist but she's been known to say what's on her mind and not apologize for it. That's P!nk for you.
