you have the freedom to express yourself here, as long as said expression falls within the bounds of the rules. Rules you agreeded to follow. One of which was to NOT POST Prince videos.
Now to the issue of youtube. That is a legal issue. It is a issue of copyrights. The owner of this site is resposable for the things posted here. He could get sued or have his web site shut down.
Think of it this way. Say you had a party and some people came over and were breaking some law. And the cops show up and say "hey if you allow this to happen then you will be fined." Wouldn't you then 'limit' the 'free expression' of thoes guests?
The rules are here for a reason. Many Prince web sites have come and gone. Some were shut down (or closed on their own) due to pressure from Prince and his leagal team.
The fact is most of the prince videos on the web are illegal. It is not legal to break the law so you can not claim 'free speech.'
And you gave up some rights when you agreed to the site rules.
