It's more of a jam than a song. It's got ad-libs of several tracks mixed into it as mentioned above. On The Time's 'Ice Cream Castles' they shout out "White Girls" this is where that came from or what inspired it depending on which actually came first! Very funky!!! Track it down if you can.

Billy's Glasses also goes into Strange Relationship which is very clear
