He has been using these for a long time, I even remember when he had someboy to put the printed lyrics in front of him and change the sheets during the shows (this was in Vegas).
Yep. Takumi changed the lyric sheets for Prince throughout the 2002 Celebration. Maybe he bought Prince an Autocue for Christmess that year. He's used it off and on since then.

It's just that your tone was so serious BUT, reading your earlier comment again, I can see that you did, infact, include the acronym LOL. My bad.
Looks like the Flanger got a different spot in the line-up at that show. It's the purple one, second from left. Maybe he was experimenting with the extraneous noise levels and got better results with that configuration. Analog stomp boxes make a lot of unwanted noise, especially that many being daisy-chained together. As long as the Flanger is in line before the Distortion pedal, the sky's the limit for slight sound tweaks.
Only the same ones, I've been seeing them pop up like mushrooms.

And if you need proof, look in the middle, you see the guy with the white shirt, on his right is a lady with a blue singlet and a blue jumper around her middle. She's in your video too, at 1.04 she's behind the little woman who's behind Prince.

Why refer to them as white? There are some not very good dancers up on that stage. Leave it at that. As for the David Lynch reference...I guess it could be funny if I could even begin to think what the reference might be...and I know a few David Lynch movies.
If the same had been said towards blacks, every orger in the forum and their mamas would be screaming "racism". It's not OK for a white guy to insult and demean a black one. The reciprocous, apparently, is OK.
