Still Waiting and It's Gonna Be Lonely I've always loved these two songs from "Prince" since first hearing them in the 80's and I was wondering if Prince sings them in concert at all? I've never heard him sing either one live | |

or am I missing something? They are beautiful songs that deserve to be done every now and then.I'm no expert in this, but IIRC..... "Still Waiting" was played a lot on the Dirty Mind tour 1981:

Oh, I thought I was the only one who loves those songs back to back. They go together as ballads beautifully. To me, they still battle each other for my love, but "Still Waiting" gets the most listening on my Ipod touch.
Yup "Still Waiting" is played alot But "It's Gonna Be Lonely" is beautiful too, although not played at all to my recollection, at least not the 80s concert shows. Anybody feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Yes, at 19, I finally saw the Revolution, a legendary band. And I talked to Wendy!!!  In addition to seeing Prince, I have now lived life. Thank you Purple People!! | |

His Dirty Mind, 1999, and Purple Rain concerts. Not too sure about Controversy, but hey it may be in one of those too. Definitely not too sure about the 90s concerts.Thanks guys | |

Love both songs!
I haven't heard any live performances of "It's Gonna Be Lonely" though. How can I stand 2 stay where I am? / Poor butterfly who don't understand. | |
