I have always thought that people made a bigger deal about Prince being Jehovah's Witness than necessary. From his lyrics to his clothing he has not been a lot different to me.

Example: Here is a picture of Prince from 1999/2000. He was Jehovah's Witness then. Why is what he is wearing in 2010 such a big deal?

These pics (the first three) are from Rome, not Milan.

It was in a hall made for basketball games (Palalottomatica), so the seats are all around the field but only the front half was used. The other seats (behind and aside the stage) were not reachable.

I think there were... not sure about it... maybe 5 to 7 thousand people.

I don't know if it's a lot, but I can say it was hot

Honestly, it wasn't that long ago I saw Prince, and he sure had fun, but he didn't do THAT on stage!

I think the official shots must be from Rome. Because there he obviously allowed journalists to film and take photos. When I was in Milan I saw a report on RAI about the show in Rome and was pleasantly surprised to see that he had the media there!

concert pix from milan 2010

ok, so i started a new thread because my pix ARE from milan, unlike the ones posted by doc funkenberry, given to him by prince.. which are actually from rome concert

i know dr funkenberry has altered his blog, but the present stickie thread at the org still confuses the issue

so anyway i was under pressure from 'Intense' to capture some beauty!.. my camera basic 2 say the least, i know these aren't great quality, but 4 the ladies & appreciative boys, worth sharing i think.

the venue was a dump but once inside who gave a damn? & the crowd wearing gucci coats, suits & carrying seat cushions they wouldn't need

lots of counterfeit t-shirts being sold outside, but i bought one from inside the venue.. i assume it's official, who knows? this was italy

i got a good seats, i decided no trying to see over heads.. no regrets. the crowd was a bit slow but to be honest didn't notice them, i was busy with binoculars, camera.

security didn't care!.. people walking with camcorders & guy behind me with giant camera with telescopic lense...he was wearing it proud around his neck! (he's got the good photos)

well prince came out with his aviators & cape! i was like, he better get that thing OFF... there was no build up, no drama & he just slammed in2 stratus, full lights, then mountains...ok the setlist very samey, but still a very cool party, i know shelby & co get a hard time, but prince bouncing off their vibe, the fun & sparkle there to see is obvious.

no bria in sight, he was having a riot with these other girlfriends.. he looks so comfortable around them & ida is a great asset 4 the band

talking of girlfriends.. some saucy antics during the show included baring his midrift & gesturing to his downstairs during the 'would u let me touch u there'.. if i was your girlfriend.

purple rain was a pleasure, done with so much passion & he was overcome with naughtiness again when during 'i don't wanna be your w/end lover' he pulled lacy shirt aside & tweaked his nipple.. gawd my jaw on the floor! his cufflinx fell off, so he threw them in2 audience.

during little red corvette (slow version) things got a bit raunchy. ok i shall try to descibe...

he joined his thumb & 4finger, started to lick all around.. enough to make a girl feel all unecessary

another cool moment was when people joined him on stage.. many people, the security were trampled, crazy fans! prince did't bat an eyelid & they partied the shit out of the bird, jungle love, love bizarrre

so prince magnificent as always, the highest cuban heels dancing & skipping like no one watching. cute
