About one hour before the show, he came out on the stage with his reflex, taking some pictures of the audience. I think he was joking about the pictures of the afternoon in the streets.

Then around 9.30 the lights went down and Renato started playing that single, long, unforgettable note that means just one thing to us: Let’s go crazy. And when Prince came out in a dazzling white light he had that old guitar, you know, wood and black, and we all knew a miracle was coming.

And it was indeed a miraculous night of more than 2 hours of crazy funky music and dance.

Prince played guitar for all the show (there was not a second guitar player) and the music was soooo gooood! And Rome audience so cool and willing to sing along and dance until midnight.

This one is getting printed out and blown up to hang on the wall. Damn, he looks AMAZING!!!! What I would not do to be on that stage with him!!
