I'm assuming this is a commentary on the album 20ten not seeing the light of day in the US until Dec 2010 (in deluxe form...maybe).
Thus next year perhaps he'll have an album called 2011 (the attempted joke might have worked better if they'd called it 20Eleven) that won't be available until Dec 2011...
The most witty of jokes are the ones that require lengthy explanations.
