Hey PaisleyRose, did you happen to see the part that these pictures are from? They are from part one. Exactly 4:25 to 4:35. Watch it again, it happens right on camera. You can clearly see the smoke, and see and hear him coughing right afterwards. Denial ain't just a river in Egypt.
