Recently, I've been really paying attention to how much Prince references embryos and such.

"Beautiful Strange": "like an embryo, it grows and grows and grows."

"I Like It There": "Like an embryo, baby, don't abort this dire need for you."

"She Gave Her Angels": "As the world lay waiting like an embryo in a womb."

There are others but these are the first examples that came to mind.

you know what ur right though i didnt notice that till now! he does mention those alot. i guess it has somthing to do with the fact that he really just wants a kid in his life..

That's in the magazine-sized Emancipation lyric book. That album is full of baby references which are sometimes sad to listen to knowing how it all turned out.
