A New Web Sheriff in Town?

Prince (Advokataktieselskabet Horten) is a new web sheriff that's taking down live performances of very recent Prince videos. OK well, it may or may not be new, but I've never seen it before.

What does Advokataktieselskabet Horten mean?

And who is he hiring to control whether or not fans post live performances they record that aren't copywrited?

There are a lot of components associated with recording and posting a video of a performance.
1. Showing P's image without permission.
2. He owns the right to the actual song being performed.
There are a few more I can't recall now. If p is not getting a check, he can take it down.
