The obvious body-double during the love scene where he's carrying Ingrid - dude was like 6'1", then we sweep past the stairs again and see our hero about a foot shorter. Oy vey.

How was that even directed?

"Okay, now Ingrid, wrap your legs around him and he'll pick you up"

"Hmm, how about we try a different position?"

"Nah, let's just get this random guy and put a black wig on him!"

Hmmmm Gorgeous pics!!! When I was watching this yesterday, I just had to replay this part...I LOVE it when he says "Uh-uh, I'm your babe, you gotta take care of me!" I am so in love with him on that part, Jill was effing crazy for leaving him!! And his smile was so cute when she's upstairs going off! I love that look he has when he is asking Morris to battle, he was damn sexy! And when he is talking about writing his dad imaginary letters! Too cute!! I love this movie, now I have my niece loving it too, she wants to watch this movie everytime she comes over!

You know it could have been quite good had the set not been made of cardboard and potted plants . The script was just shamefully bad , as a whole the project was self indulgent and embarrasing bar a few great tracks on the OST

Interesting about the awful looking kissing. I'm reading former Prince stalker (not the dangerous kind) Dameshe's story about lurking around Prince. She describes watching him seduce a young woman in a club. "He kissed her like he was hungry, and her tongue was a steak." I wonder if it feels good because it's truly ugly to watch.

I can only watch this movie alone or with a hard-core fan - because some parts are embarrassing - girly running, wtf? story, barraccuda kisses. But dang, he looks so good and sounds so good.

This is so funny, it made me laugh so hard, just the imagery of Prince and a steak is too much! However, the idea of him "hungrily kissing" is kind of invigorating!! That actually sounds really sexy Cause if he is hungry for his woman, then that mean he will be insatiable!!

The fact its so dark and almost Satanic, there's no scenes shot in bright daylight, just that misty day with Aura and the Kid by Graffiti Bridge. The never ending darkness and steamy wet nightclub scenes make it look more like the Crow than anything cheerful.

Then again, all the acting is cardboard and rotten, even Morris comes across as flat. Prince is always has been a ham actor, he can't even play himself very well.

The selfishness and narcissism of all the characters, the Kid is self obsessed, Morris and his cronies are obsessed with money and success, George, Mavis and Tevin are one dimensionla pawns and Robin is clearly the wanna be groupie, seriously, she just acts like a ho the whole way through (Then again Jerome is a ho too).

ahh that explains why i love it soooo much totally. grew up watching the crow so many times i could probably get on a soapbox and act out the movie word for word scene by scene
