Prince 'Question of U' live Tokyo performance I watched the video recently with a friend and they said they saw Prince strike an "MJ pose" sometime within the 3 minute mark. They even rewinded it to prove their point. I didn't see it personally, but perhaps you folks could help me out. Was my friend right? Hello

I didn't see the "MJ pose". I just saw regular dancing. Hello

He might be talking about a kick type move when Prince is dancing around the stage towards the end of the song while grabbing on the fireman's pole and such. Sounds funny saying that, but you get what I mean!

There are more than a couple MJ moves on this performance...to be specific...
~3:04 the way he pulls himself up the pole is exactly the way MJ pulled himself up the microphone during his live performances of Dirty Diana when he's going into the bridge of the song..during the bad tour. (Kansas City comes to mind)
~3:07 is very similar to the way MJ points outwards...sometimes called his "black power" move
~3:15 is exactly the way MJ does when he's performing The Way You Make Me Feel on the video and live
There are always many similarities of these 2 when dancing, I doubt anyone copied anyone, you can see the James Brown influence in both of them... Prince is GORGEOUS. I'm inspired. GOD is GREAT. Is there anything else to say? lol
