Possibly, why does that seem like such a shock to you? Take off the vocals......hey presto! Shit cheap method of providing a b-side. There is a long version too.

It's so shocking 2 me because if there's an instrumental version, BOTH BorisFishpaw AND PrinceVault.com have missed it, which seems quite unlikely, so i wonder if it could be a misprint on the single's cover (???).
