The Act of God #2

Just found this track on the net, appears to be a rehearsal with prince directing the band. Any ideas of when and where? Cos I don't remember it getting played live.

Could it be a rehearsal for the upcoming tour?

The rehearsal is from July 25 in Nice, France.
