WHAT IS THIS HAIRSTLYE CALLED ? I WANT THIS HAIRSTYLE, BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CURVE THE ENDS OF MY HAIR LIKE PRINCE DID.... ANY TIPS PLEASE AND PLZ TELL ME WHAT IS THE HAIRSTLYE CALLED.

My guess is that his hair is relaxed, cut into layers and curled with curling irons of different sizes.
And I CANNOT believe I just typed that out describing a MAN's hairstyle. Prince esta muerto...

It's just a regular pompadore. Close around the sides and back and a little longer, curly top. Relaxed and curled with curling irons. I wore my hair exactly the same way in 86. LOL __________________________________________________

It was within a variety of "D.A." hairdos. That's what it was called. Sometimes short in the back or long, but with a short bang or curl thrown to the side. A lot of musicians/artists wore that type of hairdo in the 80s.Also worn during the days of the jheri curl, S-Curl. If you watch the movie "Breakin'" you will notice similar hairdos, worn around that era.
