Thank God Prince Thinks The Internet Is Dead We've all seen the rise of Prince stuff on youtube, but last night I nearly shit myself.
How on earth had I never ever ever seen a video for "Let's Pretend We're Married"?
Well I saw it last night...along with Jill's "Mia Bocca"

re: the "Let's Pretend We're Married" video....I saw it for the first time just a few years ago! I still can't figure out why I never saw it back in 1983/84.I was watching MTV alot in those days. | |

It's amazing to see stuff that you never even knew existed!Probably because alot of his videos at that time sorta all looked the same. Ah the early days of music videos.
Stuff's been popping up all over YT lately. I just rip the stuff I don't have just in case he decides to swoop in and clean off the carcas that is the dead internet.

It was the 1999 video they played first, on 16th December 1982. Seemed to have quite an effect on Prince's career.

Most will say people were (or "are") lazy...
Most will say "It's nothing new"
And I would agree.
But I will say this...
It's very refreshing to know the the rat race is sorta over.
Yea, there's was a pirate thrill to finding the stuff the Purple One tried so hard to not let us see.
But him all of a sudden not caring has put me in touch with some of the things I really couldn't find.
And trust me, I TRIED. Bump anyone for thinking otherwise.
