Not sure if there's an official name for the track. It's part of Michel Colombier's score to the movie. You can find boots of the score on the internet pretty easily.

there should be boots for graffiti bridge. i love that scene when aura's like dont give up and shows him where she writes

The name of that song cinnamongrl is called...

Yep. This has been circulating for free since ages ago, but then Sabotage decided they could and should charge money for it and included it on the new discs for Purple Rush 1.
