help needed! im looking for a tv performance from prince circa 1996/97/98. All i remember was him playing delirious and it made me fall for the song quite bad
i was wondering where, when did this performance take place and what show? or if i have my dates wrong. really want to track this down and view it again, it was immense!

I though that had to be it. I don't recall him being on any other show 96-99 in the US where he was given the whole show, like Arsenio did. I remember having a conversation once with Duane about how Prince did not like the fact that Dave or Jay would not let him do that. On a side not, anyone remember the interview he did around that time on BET? I have it on video, but no functioning vcr at the moment. It seems like Tavis Smiley interviewed him and I just remember being disgusted at what he was saying. TRUE BLUE |

I just tracked it down, what an incredible performance, so much energy, its beyond brilliant. I remember not really liking delirious prior to first watching this, but the song is pure fire live! absolutelty love the playfulness of it all. amazing.
