I Sincerely Wanna Fuck the Taste Out of Your Mouth! DMSR, Lady Cab Driver, Something in the Water, Free, Int'l Lover, Automatic... Is 1999 a forgotten great! What an album that was, and let's not forget the sexiest images of Lisa and Jill on Keyboards, oh lawd.

Though Dirty Mind and Controversy were great in their own rights, the real deal came with 1999 - and consider this; could this set of 6 be the best consecutive album releases ever, by anyone?!! 1999 Purple Rain Around the World in a Day Parade Sign 'O' the Times Lovesexy What an incredible period that was!!  ...we have only scratched the surface of what the mind can do...

Actually it was the first prince album i got my granma bought it for me as a christmas present (well i was 14 lol) wow can you believe that when you think of the cover she must have just thought it was some fancy strange way to write 1999, hahaha i cant believe that actually happened | |

I love the 1999 album, I just wish the quality of the sound could be pushed up a bit. It is recorded low and could use some high cleaner levels. Then this would really kick ass!!! "
