Can anyone who went to the concerts this past summer in Europe give their opinion on which shows were the best?

Having recently seen four of them I'd have to say they were all pretty dang good! Much better than the set lists lead me to believe. And Prionce was much more active than I remember him being over the last few years, too. No splits or anything. But he was actually dancin' in unison with Sheila, which grudgingly put a big ass grin on my face. Apologies for no specific answer.

the paris aftershow? or do aftershows not count?

for my part ( been to vienna and arras ) those were both superb,arrras for the jams with larry,vienna for the excellent mood Prince was in, special vibes , enthusiastic audience.

Only having seen Vienna live and having heard and seen all the recordings I consider myself VERY lucky to have gone to Vienna. Only ,SLIGHT, disappointment is the absence of Forever In My Life in the setlist. The inclusion of Act Of God in the performance of FIML in Berlin make it a worthy 2nd.

I was only at the one in Vienna, but I get the impression that it was one of the best, if not the best! Judging from the video clips I have seen of the other shows, Prince was definitely in an especially great mood in Vienna! It also seems to me that he danced even more in Vienna than in the other shows. But that isn't all that clear to say of course, not having been present at the other shows. It was also a nearly 3-hour show and Prince was full of energy!

Also, he did absolutely fantastic versions of Shhh, Dreamer and The One ... which I'm not sure he played at the other shows.

yeah, but unfortunately that footage is VERY incomplete. Better try to get your eye on the Berlin footage then, it's absolutely great!
