just had a look at some of the prince album reviews from nme and after reading them trash almost everything he has done....even his 80s output....all i can say is .....what a bunch of *&£%^% wankers.....it just proves they know ^%£^ all about music.... .

^ yeah that's true, they seems to hate Prince during all those those years, even the Parade album gets the knife.

Their reviews were a bit odd, although Hoskyns now rejects his own review of Parade. He now loves the album.

Anyway NME did love P, he won record of the year and single of the year in 86 for Parade and Kiss respectively. SOTT was runner up for record of the year in 87 and SOTT the single won single of the year.
