well, probably a throw away for prince, but better than anything he has made of late. In those days he just sang what he was thinking with conviction, but now he is conforming to specific rules that his music has to fit into and he makes rubbish as a consequence. Prince needs to find Prince again because its a terrible shame to hear how bad he is now, and songs like I Love U in Me just emphasis this fact.
