There's chatter at the beginning, along with a preacher saying things. It's all suppost to be something Prince doesn't agree with, so he shouts "No!" But does anyone know what they're saying at the beginning?

I originally thought it was a heroin reference back then in 1988, but later on thinking back to Prince's sense of humor with his peeps like Brooks, I decided it was about a pimp with a fancy name and lots of ho's... but I could be wrong.
