Songs that would fit purple rain what songs do you guys think would fit nicely on 'Purple Rain'. Not including the outtakes and B-sides of the album I really cant think of songs that would fit the rock/pop and slight demo quality of the whole album. I got two sides... and they're both friends. | |

Maybe a nice studio version of Electric Intercourse. That song is just too good for it to disappear. Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

Although recorded way after, "In This Bed I Scream", "A Million Days" and "Fury" would fit on Purple Rain in both theme and style. | |

I gotta go with Electric Intercourse!!! I love this darn song, in fact, it's my favorite, I listen to it SO much!! Too me, it just gives that vibe I felt from Prince when I hear other Purple Rain stuff. That was a real gem for me, couldn't get any better!!Other than that, I can't say off the top of my head, I need to think on this one a bit more!Prince is GORGEOUS. I'm inspired. GOD is GREAT.
