PrintableI liked the album and it was the first Prince piano book I ever bought. It was not the best album by far but some perfect tracks on there. The title track very powerful, Cream, Strollin, Willing and Able, Money don't matter and Live for Love. Videos were great too.
However, I must say, the song Gett Off, really put me off Prince a lot. I hated the whine, the scream, the musics, the words, in fact everything about this song, except the flute. And then I left his music for a long time.

It wasn't a Lovesexy, Parade or Purple rain cd but I still pay those songs I like from time to time. As for the piano book, it introduced me to flats and sharps so that was good.

A masterpiece!!!!!!!! will ALWAYS think of  like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. |

I remember the release kept getting delayed and so I ended up reading a lot about it before I actually heard the album. When it finally was in record stores I felt like maybe the reason for all the delay was that the original music had been re-recorded and substituted with crappy mainstreamed material. I learned to like some of it, but knew it was subpar to what he was capable of. The record I had in my mind before the release was way better lol "So fierce U look 2night, the brightest star pales 2 Ur sex..." | |
