the bass at 6.26 is poppin, the whole song is an adventure, so inobtrusive, and he makes his point so well lol

the backing vocals are colorful and refreshing, and the arrangement is top class.

there's so much going on in this song it'd be hard to reproduce it live, but i bet he could do a great live version if he altered the arrangements.

I made my mom buy it for me for my 13th birthday...I think that scared her a little, but she knew my Prince obsession was already well-established.
