Prince's house in Hollywood

I was in Hollywood/BeverlyHills last year and I went to see a house that Prince previously lived at that was then sold to Eddie Murphy.

Secondly I saw another house that supposedly also belongs to Prince it was in Heatherway Beverly Hills, can anyone confirm if Prince does or did live there.
