As many of you recall Prince used Target to distribute his 2007 Planet Earth Album.

I would suggest he not do this, this time. Target has recently gave $150,000 to a candidate who is anti gay and anti worker.

The Minneapolis-based retailer Target just gave over $150,000 to buy ads supporting state Rep. Tom Emmer, a far-right Republican candidate for governor. This makes Target one of the very first companies to take advantage of the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision allowing unlimited corporate cash in elections.

Target must think customers won't care. They're wrong: We do care, and we need to let them know that we want Target -- and all corporations -- out of our elections. Can you join me in sending a message to Target's CEO at the link below?

Seriously, i applaud your effort to inform the ppl about this heated political issue and I agree with you about the unlimited spending turning us into a Plutocracy and its evil....but it has no relevance to Prince...well not to Prince fans

Please provide a link to the website of a Democrat candidate who openly supports institutionalized and legalized discrimination and I will gladly make a post suggesting Prince boycott them too.

Thank you. And also, there is no way of telling if Prince is pro-gay these days. And the deal is done and predates the donation....I'm just repeating shit!
