There has simply been a claim filed against him, the claim being filed with a Los Angeles court - Prince has not been in court.

Not only your question was unclear as one is not supposed to know what kind of threads you were referencing to but it was also offensive to the initiator. Plus, I haven't seen that many thread on here asking about Prince's wherebouts. I am a moderate fan but I accept the fact that others are hardcore and want to know more about Prince. What's wrong with that?
