The person who put the picture together did it as an April Fool's joke, and admitted to it later.

The police came on their horses to break up the First Avenue gig on 7-7-07. Supposedly, Prince was playing after the curfew

Noise complaints from Paisley Park, nothing that a few bucks couldn't take care of.
